For residence in Qatar, the cost of a maid visa is as follows, with a breakdown of the expenses:

1. QAR 1500/-: Insurance payment to the Qatar Immigration Department (MOI).
2. QAR 497/-: Medical fitness examination and biometric enrollment fee paid to the Qatar Visa Center (QVC).
3. QAR 360/-: Visa fees and contract fees paid to the Qatar Immigration Department (MOI).

Note: QVC operates in specific countries only, so some maids' nationalities do not require QVC. In such cases, the employer is not subjected to the QAR 497/- medical fitness examination and biometric enrollment fee. The maid, upon her arrival in Qatar, will undergo the medical fitness examination at the Qatar Medical Commission and the biometric fingerprint process at Qatar CID.

Yes, we can facilitate the process of bringing your maid from outside Qatar. Once she arrives in Qatar she will be eligible to work exclusively for you.

• Our travel assistance service includes:

1. Flight ticket to Qatar
2. Transportation to her country's international airport
3. Legal forms and governmental approvals

In the event that we are unable to bring your maid to Qatar due to medical unfitness, biometric issues, or the maid's refusal to travel, a minimum deduction of QR 1800 will be applied. This deduction covers internal flight tickets, transportation, accommodation, daily living fees, and document processing.

• Special Discount up to QR 2000 will be applied for direct hire maids

Direct hire" refers to a scenario in which the customer personally provides us with the maid's passport. This indicates that the customer is already acquainted with the maid and has not selected her from our pool of available maids. In such cases, a discount of up to QR. 2000 OFF is applied to the overall employment service fees.

Cancellation Policy:  

• If you are in the process of deploying a maid under your sponsorship, we strongly suggest refraining from canceling the application. Our foreign counterparts invest significant amounts in processing your maid's documents, arranging her travel from provinces to the capital city, covering daily living expenses, and managing transportation. In such cases, it is advisable to wait until the maid arrives in Qatar, provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC), and receive a full refund. The maid will then be transferred from your sponsorship.

 

• For monthly live-in maid services, you have the flexibility to cancel at any time without incurring a penalty. No prior notice is required, and the cancellation process is straightforward. We will calculate the working days on a daily rate, and you will receive your refund promptly.
